SHIPPING

Orders ship within approximately 1-4 business days after payment is received (Made to order items such as lotions, scrubs or face mask take 1 business day to make and will be shipped out the following day).

Our shipping prices are based on USPS First Class and Priority Mail estimates, if you order one product then you will be paying for the cost to ship that item or if you get more than one item you should receive a flat rate price.

Our products can melt in high temperatures, if you plan to order a product that can possibly melt while it sits there in a mailbox or on your porch in high degree heat. There is a big chance that your products will melt, since they are made with oils, butters & waxes.

We are still trying to figure out our shipping prices, if your order comes out to 20-30 dollars in shipping, I will correct it and refund you the overage. bare with us as we try to get it fixed with a more accurate shipping price.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, and we cannot issue a refund because you happen to not like the scent or are allergic to an ingredient.  We have a full ingredient for every product in our listings, so be sure to read it before ordering.
